1. General Terms & Conditions

88bt (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 88bt and its members.

By registering on or using 88bt, you fully agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are also available in English; however, the Bangla version shall always be considered the authoritative text. In the event of any dispute, the Bangla version will prevail.

2. Account Registration

A personal account is required to access 88bt's services. Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory.

3. Age Verification & KYC

88bt is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Use of the platform by minors is completely prohibited and is central to our responsible gaming policy.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, 88bt may request the following documents to verify your identity at any time:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent selfie holding your identity document
• Proof of payment method ownership
• Utility bill or bank statement for address verification

• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please wait up to 30 minutes.
• No additional charges are applied to deposits.
• The payment method used for deposits must be your own. Payments made from another person's account are not permitted.
• 88bt is not liable for deposits that fail due to technical issues; however, our support team is available to assist if you reach out.

5. Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions must be met to withdraw your winnings. 88bt is committed to ensuring withdrawals are processed quickly and without hassle.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳10,00,000
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

6. Bonus Terms & Conditions

88bt offers a range of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and more. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, detailed on the bonus page.

General terms applicable to all bonuses:

• Each promotion is available to every member once only. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. The applicable wagering requirement (typically 10x to 30x) must be fulfilled first.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Not all games may contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically count at 100%, while other games may contribute less.
• 88bt reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed to maintain a fair and transparent environment across 88bt's Sports Betting and gaming sections.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled under any circumstances.
• Odds may change before a match begins. The odds displayed at the time of placing your bet are final.
• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, stakes will be refunded in accordance with the applicable betting rules.
• 88bt is not liable for any inconvenience caused by server delays during live betting.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error, 88bt reserves the right to void that bet.
• Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through match fixing or other fraudulent means will result in immediate account suspension.
• The minimum bet is ৳50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and match.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 88bt. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence.
• Multiple accounts: Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim bonuses or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited.
• Bot Usage: Using automated systems or artificial intelligence for betting or gaming is strictly prohibited.
• Collaboration: Using multiple accounts together to exploit platform benefits is prohibited.
• Hacking: Attempting to breach the platform's systems, databases, or security infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
• False information: Submitting false or fraudulent information during account registration or KYC verification is strictly prohibited.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

88bt may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms & Conditions
• If you fail KYC verification or provide false information
• If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on an account
• Under the direction of a court or law enforcement authority
• If a member requests account closure

If an account is closed and there is no evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation, any legitimate funds in the account will be returned within seven business days.

10. Responsible Gaming

88bt places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income.

• Each member can set their own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
